Meal Boxes (Viandas)
When you complete the registration form (and submit abstracts), you’ll have the option to include meal boxes for some or all days of the meeting. This way, you can sort out your lunches and enjoy all the planned activities as relaxed as possible. Unfortunately, this year we won’t be able to cover the cost of meal boxes as we did last year, but we’re already working on offering an affordable proposal.
Poster Visits
If you’re a researcher, the form will also give you the option to volunteer to visit posters related to your topic – or not! This strategy aims to further increase interaction!
Carpooling
As we tried a few years ago, we’ll act as intermediaries to connect participants who want to share a vehicle. This seeks to promote a collaborative transport method that contributes to more economical and sustainable mobility.
Couchsurfing
The idea here is to connect someone who can offer accommodation in their home with a participant who might not have the resources for lodging.
