Instructions

Posters must be displayed exclusively on the day of their assigned session (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
Poster sessions will take place in the IFIBYNE Building (1st Floor), every afternoon (Friday: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM). The times are published in the Program. The author is expected to be next to their poster during the assigned session.
Each presenter should locate their assigned panel number and attach their poster to it. Due to the high number of posters being presented (362), unlike previous SAN editions, each poster should only be displayed on its assigned day.
The presenting author is responsible for putting up the poster at the beginning of the day and taking it down at the end of the day of the assigned session. The organization is not responsible for the condition of posters that are not removed according to these instructions.
The organization will provide tape for attaching the posters. Do not use double-sided tape or any other type of adhesive material.
